1. Scope of Services

Eliana Ray Consulting provides educational and preparatory consulting services only. Services are designed to support nursing professionals in understanding regulatory processes, organizing information, and preparing for interactions related to Board of Nursing matters.

Services do not include:

• Legal advice or legal representation
• Clinical opinions or medical advice
• Nursing services of any kind
• Advocacy or communication with Boards of Nursing on behalf of clients

2. No Legal or Clinical Relationship

Use of this website or participation in consulting services does not create:

• an attorney–client relationship
• a nurse–patient relationship
• a clinical, medical, or therapeutic relationship

All services are non-legal and non-clinical in nature.

3. Registered Nurse Role Disclaimer

Eliana Ray Consulting does not function in a Registered Nurse role in any capacity. No nursing care, clinical judgment, medical opinions, or healthcare services are provided.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information
• Understand that outcomes are determined by Boards, attorneys, and regulatory bodies
• Use consulting services as educational support only
• Seek legal counsel when appropriate

Clients are solely responsible for decisions, actions, and submissions made to Boards of Nursing or other regulatory agencies.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

No guarantees, promises, or assurances are made regarding outcomes, decisions, timelines, or actions taken by any Board of Nursing, employer, or regulatory authority. Each matter is unique, and results vary.

6. Fees and Payments

All fees are disclosed prior to the start of services. Fees are charged on a flat-rate package basis unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in advance of services. 

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of consulting and digital services, all sales are final. No refunds are issued once services have begun or materials have been accessed.

8. Confidentiality

Reasonable efforts are made to maintain confidentiality of client information. However, confidentiality is not absolute, and information may be disclosed if required by law.

Clients are responsible for safeguarding their own records and communications.

9. Nationwide Services

Services are provided virtually and are available to clients throughout the United States. Clients are responsible for ensuring access to appropriate technology.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eliana Ray Consulting shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or consulting services.

11. Governing Law

These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principle. 

12. Modifications

Eliana Ray Consulting reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this website, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
